a month agoPerfect for single travelers. I can’t speak for the double/family rooms, but the single room I had for a solo trip was PERFECT. It was clean, the bed was adequately comfortable, and the bathroom was nice (and sanitary). You simply can’t beat the location for the price either. You’re close to TWO tube stations, and you’re within a reasonable walking distance to hotspots like Soho and the British Museum (only a few minutes’ walk). Again, it really is perfect if you’re looking for something affordable and centrally located, while also being nice enough that you’ll enjoy what little time you spend there.

4 months agoMy friend and I stayed at the hotel over the past few nights and honestly it was a lovely experience. The beds are cozy - and the rooms are charming. They also had a lovely large bathtub which I know is hard to find in London. I liked the layout of the room. The only reason for the not so 5 stars on the room portion is that there were not enough charging areas near the beds. Additionally, it would be nice to have an option to cool down the room, but the provided fan was appreciated. Will be back.

a month agoStayed in room 233 for a business trip. The staff were very welcoming, particularly the housekeeping team who were incredibly accommodating. The room was comfortable and spotless. Would certainly recommend. Thanks again!

in the last weekRoom a bit basic but that was reflected in the price. First room someone had clearly been smoking in it so they moved me. Lovely staff.

4 months agoI've stayed here 3 times now, each time in a single room and for work purposes. Great location, friendly staff and spotless rooms. I never book a meal or breakfast as easier to get something nearby, plenty of options. I recommend a room garden side for a quiet night sleep. Rooms can be warm as no air con (fans provided) and bathrooms small but excellent value for money in my opinion. Cheaper than a holiday Inn and often cheaper than the travelodge. Ideal for my purposes and always get a good night's sleep.
