Pretty good hotel! The location is excellent and the price for the hotel given the central location is pretty good as well. One of the best deals in the area. The service was good and the staff were friendly. The room was very clean and decently sized. Not huge but we had the room with two twin beds and it was spacious enough. There are a few negatives however and these might make or break the experience for you. First, the beds are not very comfortable, a little below average. Very stiff. Second, there's a bit of street noise from traffic. Personally this does not bother me and I had no trouble sleeping but if you need a very quiet room to sleep, you may need earplugs. Lastly, there is a pretty big step up into the bathtub. If you have disabilities, this might be difficult. Overall a pretty good hotel and I would stay here again. I would also recommend it if the negatives above aren't something that bother you.

Stayed for my first trip to London/Europe. They let me check-in early which was great, the rooms are small but I'm also from the U.S. so I'm used to bigger rooms. The bed was comfortable and the blanket was really comfy 😅. The location for me was in a good spot, I walked everywhere but it's also close to the Tube if you need. The noise from traffic didn't bother me as I am used to that. All in all it was a good experience. Thank You.

Amazing service, really high quality hotel at an affordable rate in London zone 1. Staff is very friendly and diligent, rooms are well equipped and finishes are contemporary and chic. The restaurant is good and well designed, with staff ready to help you out. If you're sensitive to noise, or a light sleeper, be sure to ask for a garden view room. The street outside is very busy and the soundproofing is not that good, so you can still listen to the cars passing and honking even with the double glazing windows. I am a light sleeper and had no trouble sleeping through the night, but I can imagine some people might. It is very close to the underground stations, a Big Bus Route passes just outside and there are plenty of options for eating out nearby. The British Museum is just around the corner.

Great find, not far from Covent Garden. We had an excellent room. Good size and at the back of the hotel it was nice and quiet. We did talk to another couple of guests who'd stayed at the front of the hotel, and they didn't sleep well. Too much noise from the street apparently. That's why I put 4 instead of 5 stars. The restaurant was very nice at breakfast, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. You need to join their website to get better deals, but that's free. Found a nice place to stay if we're in town for a late one and don't fancy alost 2 hours on the tube.

Good value for London, albeit my booking was for a single room. It was a clean and functional room. The location is great for Holborn tube station (6 minute walk) so you can go east of west easily on the Central Line. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The negatives were: noise coming from other rooms and below, thin mattress which was not very comfortable and a very weird cloth shower curtain which moved inwards when the shower was running, so I was left with no space to stand!
