in the last weekThis place is living on past glory. The location is great as it is close to the airport but other than that, the room was dated, heating was not working so they had to provide a small portable heater. The food was great but the staff there (I'm choosing my words carefully to avoid calling this racial profiling) told me and my partner a total of four times while eating that we had to pay for the meal- despite telling them on entry into the hall that we were aware of this. In all, it's good enough if you accept that it's a bit dated, great location and food.

in the last weekEasy to find, good service, clean and tidy. Love the aromas in the hotel. Food was good( hot) deserts could be little more creative for the upper market brand. Old traditional red velvet won’t surprise us any more..

a month agoI was a little scared staying here after reading some of the reviews but we actually had a great time. The rooms were nice and clean, the staff was friendly and respectful, and the sports bar had great food. They also have room service 24 hrs. Was a little disappointed that the garden was closed the whole time we were there. Also, the pipes were noisy so we did get woken up a couple times by it.

4 months agoStaff are friendly and helpful. However, the website promotes a great-looking pool area that’s been closed for ages, which was a huge disappointment to our kids (and adults). It was why we chose this hotel over others and really should be clarified in all promotions (blatant false advertising). The room is nice, but there’s an intrusive machine noise going all night and the hallways are very dated. On that note, we’ve spent a lot of time in the hallways as the walk from the elevator to the room is a remarkably good way to get your steps in - for the month. Not at all the standard I expected. You can definitely do better.

2 months agoNice hotel for a quick stopover if you don’t want to leave the airport area. Unfortunately the hotel is old which means that the air conditioning systems really don’t work. My room was hot and the hallways were even hotter. The room has a window but it barely cracks open. I’m sure they know this because they provide table fans in the room.. I’ve never been in a hotel room where the AC doesn’t work. I had it set to 15 degrees C and the room felt like 25. Besides this, my room was pretty spacious and generally clean. They have a kiosk where you can book a car for airport drop off.
